Before starting Pococare, he was the CEO of HCL Healthcare [Part of $ 10 bn HCL Group] where he managed a $50M business and grew it profitably by 7X in less than 3 years. He led a team of 12500+ engineers. Prior to HCL, Ranga was the Head of Transformation at Apollo Hospitals, the largest Hospital chain in India.
He has an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur
